How to find the Striper-Charters dock:
The "Striper" leaves from our dock at 13 Harbour Hill Run, Bass River in So. Yarmouth. (4th right north of Bass River Country Club off High Bank Road) "Bass River" is located in south/central Cape Cod, a large tidal estuary that runs from Rt 6 south to the waters of Nantucket Sound on the Cape's south side.  From all areas on Cape Cod: Take Rt 6 (Mid Cape Highway) to exit 9 (Rt 134 south). From the off ramp go south on 134 to the 3rd traffic light (Upper County Road) "Note: At the 1st traffic light on the right is a Dunkin Donuts for early morning coffee, donuts etc. Take Upper County Road to the right and bare left on to High Bank Road at the small common. Continue on High Bank through the stop sign and over the Bass River (High Bank Bridge)to the 2nd left after the blinking light (Harbour Hill Run)We are the 3rd house on right. Pull down driveway to the rear of house and park in front of garage doors. You're at the Striper-Charters dock. From towns on Rt 28 Hyannis, West Yarmouth, Cotuit, Falmouth, Chatham, Harwich, Dennis: Proceed on Rt 28 to the lights at the intersection of North Main Street in South Yarmouth(1st intersection on Rt 28 west of the Bass River Bridge (Dunkin Donuts in Exxon station at corner). Proceed North on North Main Street 1/4 mile to a right on to High Bank Road. Go 1/2 mile on High Bank and turn right on to Harbour Hill Run (4th right after Bass River Golf Course) We are the 3rd house on right. Pull down driveway to the rear of house and park in front of garage doors. You're at the Striper-Charters dock. View Larger Map |
